THREE-DAY PARISH MISSION: Sunday, September 29, Monday, September 30 & Tuesday, October 1
Fr. Chris M. Alar, MIC, will conduct a three-day Parish Mission from September 29 – October 1 at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Parish.
Fr. Alar is a priest with the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception. Fr. Chris wrote and produced the popular “Divine Mercy 101” DVD and is the author of the book After Suicide: There’s Hope for Them and for You. He is a regular host and guest on EWTN. He also hosts the online “Divine Mercy Matters” series at DivineMercyMatters.org. Currently he serves as “Fr. Joseph, MIC,” the director of the Association of Marian Helpers, and is the head of Marian Press, located on the grounds of the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
The Parish Mission includes a combination of topics, including: “Divine Mercy in the Mass”, “A Walk Through of the Mass Explaining All the Things that You May Not Know” and “The Power of Prayer.”
Fr. Chris Alar will speak at all Masses during the weekend of September 28 & 29.
The Mission will take place on:
- Sunday, September 29, 3:00PM – 4:00PM
- Monday, September 30, 6:30PM – 8:15PM
- Tuesday, October 1, 6:30PM – 8:15PM
