The word of God continued to spread and grow.
Chapter 13 of the Acts of the Apostles is the decisive turning point where Paul becomes the leading character of the mission. It is mainly Peter who occupies the first large section of the Acts and Paul who becomes dominant in the second half. The entire book could be almost called Acts of Peter and Paul.
Yet, Paul’s style of work demonstrates, that he is not pushing his own agenda, but rather announcing the Word of God. People are never owners, but only administrators of the word of God; they do not give what is theirs, but what is God’s. This is only possible thanks to a profound familiarity with the Word of God: no one can give what he does not have. Or rather, if our words are anchored in human traditions, we fail God.
